Currently work as Construction manager for the new Firehall on Salt Spring Island. Working from an already completed schematic, MKM assisted in design and budgeting through pre-construction into groundbreaking and construction. Completion is forecasted for Fall 2025.
Currently working with The Tula Project on this public use space at Westwood Lake in Nanaimo, utilizing SIP panel construction. Targeting a summer 2025 completion!
Currently under Renovation. We are currently working with the Town of Ladysmith to re-purpose the old machine shop into an Arts and Cultural Space. This will be one of the largest of its kind in the region offering indoor space to support local artists, arts and cultural organizations and indigenous artists, as well as an outdoor amphitheatre and accessible 200 ft. boardwalk.
Working to add bleachers a media booth, hardscapes and softscapes to Serauxmen Stadium in Nanaimo. Completion targeted for fall of 2025.
Working with the City of Nanaimo on Structural Roof Upgrades for Beban Arena, this unique project poses safety and feasibility considerations unlike most others due to the space being opened to the public during renovations.
