Surfers and beachgoers alike enjoy the outdoor showers and exterior wash stations for dishes, etc. that were incorporated into this build. Wood and timber frame construction creates a sense of place.

Outdoor facilities incorporated into the overall design are ready to accommodate Phase II: administration building and tent site. MKM understands the importance and impact that energy and operational savings have over the life cycle of a building.
