MEET THE TEAM
Direct and to the point, Jordan doesn’t have time for too much chit-chat. His number one concern is getting the job done, making sure the client is in the know and responding to project demands. When not at work, he enjoys time with his family and living the west coast lifestyle.
A hockey and football fan, Dan knows the true meaning of team. As a team player, in and out of the office, Dan leads project crews on-site and keeps builds on the winning side. He commits his weekends to be the referee to his three sons and growing family. Based south of Nanaimo, Dan calls the Island home.
Keeping the boys in line and rolling with the office humour has become second nature to Nicole as she manages the “behind-the-scenes” at MKM. She’s smart. She knows when to chime in or when to quietly stay buried in her never-ending pile of paperwork. In her spare time, she enjoys getting quiet and enjoying all that Vancouver Island has to offer.
Taking numbers and making them work for clients is what Kyle focuses on. He knows the key to successful construction management is taking the time to plan and keeping the eye on the ball from start to finish. His personal time is important to him as he unplugs with his wife and newborn son, and savours the pace of Island living.
With a well-rounded skillset derived from decades of residential experience and with a reputation of delivering excellence for his clients, Graeme treats all projects as his own. When Graeme is not working, he enjoys camping, surfing and all the beauty that Vancouver Island and coastal BC have to offer with his wife and two children.
A decorated site supervisor with experience amongst the ranks of Vancouver Island’s top contractors, Ryan is a humble individual with an eye for detail. A self-starter, Ryan never settles for mediocre results, this can be seen in the exceptional projects he delivers. As a mid-island resident Ryan enjoys his time away from work building a cabin amongst the woods of the southern Gulf Islands.

While not every project can win an award, we begin each build as if it would. Awards are the ultimate reward for having done a job well whether as a formal presentation or a glowing letter of reference from a client. Our ultimate award is a satisfied client who would hire MKM over and over again.
